Big cities are ripe for having big fun. Whether you live in a large city and regularly enjoy nights out or you are visiting from a small town, nightclub lounges are always a fun place to be. If you want to make sure that everyone in your group has fun, a multi-level nightclub is the best place to start. Multi-level nightclubs and lounges often have a little something for everyone. These clubs often play different types of music on each level. Some multi-level clubs have a seating area with a bar on one level, while the dance floors are on other levels. If you and your friends plan to go to a nightclub with multiple levels, here are some tips for having fun while being safe.
Start a group chat just for the night
Since nearly everyone carries a mobile phone on them at all times, this is the best method for checking on each other throughout the night. Start a brand-new message thread the night of your nightclub trip so that no messages get lost due to other conversations in prior threads. Make sure that everyone is in the new nightclub message thread so that everyone can be properly updated throughout the night.
Establish a time to leave
To make sure that no one is left when it is time to go, set up a time to leave before you even go to the nightclub. It is common for time to get away from you when you are having fun, so everyone should set an alarm on their phone or watch for the agreed-upon time to leave. Once you get to the club, establish an area to meet. Since nightclubs and lounges are often crowded, especially on weekends, it is a good idea to meet near a backdoor entrance or outside near a streetlight. Be sure to text the meeting spot to the group message prior to beginning the night.
Have a once an hour checkup
Though you may have established meeting place and time and everyone may be having fun on their own club level, it is important to do a checkup. Some people in the group may tire before others or someone may have had a little too much alcohol and need a friend to sit with them. Once per hour send a text message to the group thread asking everyone to check-in. If anyone needs help or if someone wants to leave early, everyone will be able to get this information and respond within minutes. This will ensure that no one is left on their own while overly inebriated and that no one gets left behind once its time to go home.
